Tubing in Zion

Tubing the Virgin River in Zion National Park

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASpring tubing begins April 2015, you can expect cold fast water.

We do not recommend that anyone under 18 floats during spring runoff. However, teens with their parents will be allowed to float depending on the river conditions for the day.

Summer tubing begins Memorial Day and runs through Labor Day. This is usually a more mellow time to enjoy the river and get a break from the desert heat. In July and August the river can get very low. During those summer months stop by the shop and check conditions.

The run lasts for 2 miles and takes about 1 1/2 hours. We have a put in right behind our shop and the take out is at the Springdale River Park.

Endless fun tubing down by the Virgin River in Zion National Park.
