We request 24 hour notice for cancellation of equipment rentals, but will gladly provide a refund for any unused equipment for any reason. Please bring in the physical card used for your payment for an in-store refund or email info@zionoutfitter.com.
I’d like this information also to be available on the reservation calendar pages for each equipment package as well so they can see it as they book. Maybe we could add it to the table below the booking calendar that currently has a “Description” and “Review” tab. Would it make sense to add a “Cancellation Policy” tab there with the same information but maybe a little extra:

Conditions and weather can vary greatly during the Spring and Fall! Staff will be able to make recommendations the day of your hike based on your needs and the daily reports from returning Narrows hikers. We can always refund the difference for a dry gear package if you decide you only need the Warm Weather Package upon arrival. Dry gear can be added to a Warm Weather Package based on availability.
Narrows equipment reservations are generally flexible and can be pushed forward or back as needed. We recommend planning your hike for the Narrows earlier in your availability in case you need to push back your hike due to weather or other conditions. For adjustments to reservations please email info@zionoutfitter.com.

We do limit the number of bike reservations per day and a reservation is recommended in order to guarantee size availability. If you need to switch days we’ll ask you to make a new reservation for the correct date then cancel your original reservation either in-person or by emailing info@zionoutfitter.com.
